Ingredients:
- 1 can Mega Corned Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pc red onion, chopped
- 2 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup carrots, diced
- 2 tbsp onion leeks, chopped
- 1 pc egg, large, scrambled
- 2 cups steamed rice
- To taste salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Sauté onion, garlic, and carrots in oil until fragrant. Stir in Mega Corned Sardines in Tomato Sauce.
- After a few minutes, add rice. Mix until well incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper then add onion leeks and egg. Mix well.
- Serve and enjoy.
