Ingredients:
- 2 cans Mega Sardines in Natural Oil
- ½ cup breadcrumbs use Mega Prime Breadcrumbs
- 1 pc egg
- ¼ cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp black pepper, powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 500 ml cooking oil
Instructions:
- Drain the sauce of Mega Sardines in Natural Oil.
- Place sardine in a large mixing bowl. Stir all the ingredients together with a fork, breaking apart the fish, until evenly combined.
- Portion mixture into patties (about 3 tbsp each).
- Pan-fry fish cakes with cooking oil until golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy.
